Process

1. Scan all racks.
2. Pull all items matching the [color of the week].

Restock

Fill empty spaces immediately with new arrivals. No gaps on the floor.

Teamwork

Be strategic. Tall people โ†’ higher sections. Shorter people โ†’ floor level. Work as a team.

Critical Step

Sustainability

The Upcycle Protocol

Handling damaged "cool" items โ€” high-quality fabrics (leather, denim, wool) with stains or rips.

The Rule

We have one designated upcycle tote. Only high-quality damaged fabrics go here.

The Constraint

If the tote is full โ†’ empty it into the donation pile. Do NOT start a second bin.

End of Life

Final Donation: Project Touch

Stage 01 โ€” What Gets Donated

  • โ†’Mall brands / generic items that didn't sell for $1
  • โ†’Overflow from upcycle bin
  • โ†’Oldest boxes from storage unit

Stage 02 โ€” Action

Bag clearly. Label "DONATION". Move to designated loading zone.

"Anything that doesn't make the cut goes to Project Touch. Bag it and tag it."
