1. Scan all racks.
2. Pull all items matching the [color of the week].
Fill empty spaces immediately with new arrivals. No gaps on the floor.
Be strategic. Tall people โ higher sections. Shorter people โ floor level. Work as a team.
Before moving ANY item to the $1 rack, check the sticker price. This step catches gems.
Items remain here for exactly one week.
T-shirts and lightweight items โ pack into storage bins for future 50ยข sale.
10 ร 20 unit โ FIFO system (First In, First Out). U-Turn flow.
Always load on the right. Always pull for bin sales from the left.
High-value items caught by the price gate. Reviewed by Christian & Owner only โ weekly.
Item is repriced and put back on the floor for a new cycle.
Item is photographed and listed on Depop or the website.
Item is boxed for future store location or special event.
Handling damaged "cool" items โ high-quality fabrics (leather, denim, wool) with stains or rips.
We have one designated upcycle tote. Only high-quality damaged fabrics go here.
If the tote is full โ empty it into the donation pile. Do NOT start a second bin.
Bag clearly. Label "DONATION". Move to designated loading zone.
"Anything that doesn't make the cut goes to Project Touch. Bag it and tag it."
